Hot mess express vs BRAVE for trying

Saw this the other day and saved it for when I needed reminding....My to-do list is LONG today, I'm running on not much sleep and the Epsom salt bath helped but my legs are still like WOAH! 😂 {increased my weights during my workout on Monday and 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥} I wanted to wave my white flag and just stay in bed...which I do sometimes with Netflix and lots of baby snuggles 😍 but today isn't one of those days because it's 24 hours and counting before Redd and I head out.So I took a few minutes before getting up and attacking my day to set my intentions---instead of staying in the overwhelmed space I showed myself some love and encouragement.
We are all brave mamas---doing our best everyday!!! Give yourself some credit for all your hard work and know I'm cheering you on extra today 😘😘😘😘😘
