When I was first experimenting with "clean eating" and "paleo" I made everything WAAAAY more difficult than I had to 😁 now I focus on eating simple, real food. It's tasty, easy and WAY less dishes 😉

Man, it's been a ROUGH day around here 😩 with a sick dog and non sleepy baby last night we didn't get much rest 😴
Tried to meet up with a mama friend to go on a walk and enjoy some sun ☀️ and girl talk 👭 but the littles nap times didn't line up 👎
So instead of continuing my to-do list during nap time I'm letting myself watch ONE tv episode {not season 😂} and drinking my daily chocolate superfoods 😍😋💁 Dinner is gonna be quick and easy! Then when daddy gets home I'll let him snuggle the lil skunk 👶 so I can get my workout in 💪
Still feeling tired 💤 and counting down the mins until bedtime ⏱ but I haven't done a face plant into a carton of ice cream 🍦or locked myself in my bathroom 🙅 so that's a MOM WIN in my book 🙌
