Transformation Tuesday--a stay at home mama

Today's Transformation Tuesday is brought to you by Portland Parks and Rec πŸŒ³πŸŽ‘β›³οΈπŸ€πŸŠ for the past year I got to work helping the community know about and access parks programming--it was a pretty sweet gig!

The left is a community event I attended shortly after starting. It was just after Mother's Day 2014---we were still waiting to get the all clear from doctors to get pregnant again and I was starting to feel like I was never gonna have a babe in my arms and was struggling to feel like I had a purpose.

Flash forward almost a year to the final summer camp hiring fair I helped coordinate---it was just 4 short weeks before I had Redd πŸ˜πŸ‘ΆπŸ’™ and although my feet hurt after being on them all day I felt amazing! This HUGE project I had worked so many hours on was a success and my baby boy was growing away in my belly.

Before RJ {my sweet angel babe} I wasn't sure if I wanted to be a stay at home mama. I loved my the work I got to do as a social worker and felt so passionate about supporting other---but after losing my son I knew in my heart that I wouldn't want to leave his little brother or sister at daycare for 1 minute!!

A couple months after starting at Parks and Rec--I still wasn't preggo and felt the desire to do something more. This is when I heard about being a Team Beachbody coach and was so excited that I could use my experiences of healing and working on my health to help motivate others--and do it part time from home! But oh man, has coaching has been more rewarding than I could even have imagined!! I have created friendships with women that I wouldn't have made otherwise.

When we found out that we were finally pregnant again β˜ΊοΈπŸ™πŸ™Œ we knew that the hubs  was heading back to school. We were elated to be having another baby but then we started thinking about all the student loans we already had and not wanting to take more😝😳

Because I followed my heart and jumped into being a coach not only do I get to be home with Redd but my income helps make it so we don't have to take any more student loans AND I get to continue supporting others!πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ Life is good!

Is coaching something that sounds interesting to you?! If so, I'd love to chat with you more about the details and see if it would be a good fit! Fill out a form here {https://wellnessformama.wufoo.com/forms/inspiretribe-coach-application/and I will be in touch!
